Born in Buffalo, NY, Mr. Franklin Muhammad (Pratcher) was inspired to help his local community from a young age. Because of the challenges facing many Black men and women in his community, he wanted to be part of the solution to societal problems instead of allowing problems to continue. As a result, he began pursuing a bachelor's Degree with a major in sociology from Buffalo State College. In addition, after completing this endeavor, he pursued a law degree from the University of Buffalo. After passing the bar in the March of 1977 Mr. Pratcher has practiced law to serve his community by focusing on criminal defense, personal injury, and real estate law.
